We found that there are many accounts that have not been used (inactive). It was decided to free up space on our servers and delete inactive accounts to minimize our costs.

We have recently sent e-mail letters to all inactive users, which reported that we are going to remove empty and inactive (for last three months) accounts soon. You receive this e-mail, because you did’t use Monosnap storage (didn’t log in or upload files to Monosnap storage) for a long time. If you want to save your account, you have to activate it by signing in Monosnap site within 30 days from now. Otherwise the account will be deleted permanently.

Why do I need an account?

You need an account for storing and uploading files to the Monosnap cloud storage. If you are using another cloud storage, you don’t need an account.

Will the Monosnap work without an account?

Yes, you will be able to work with Monosnap, but without the account, you will not be able to store files in the Monosnap cloud storage. If you are using another cloud storage,  you don’t need an account.

I recently used the Monosnap cloud storage. Why did I receive the letter?

Perhaps you didn’t log in or upload files to the Monosnap cloud storage for a long time. You need to log out from our site and log in back.
